Instructor (MPA)

COURSE OBJECTIVE
To train aeroplane licence holders to the level of proficiency necessary for the issue of a MPA Type Rating and for:
• Refresh and bring up to date the technical knowledge of the student instructor
• Train the student instructor to teach the ground subjects and the air exercises
• Ensure that the student instructor’s flying is of a sufficiently high standard
Teach the student instructor the principles of basic instruction and to apply them at the MCC, MPL and TRI.

COURSE STRUCTURE
1. Ground School: 25h – 3 days
2. Simulator Training: 5h + Skill Test
In a complete Type Rating at least a number of hours accepted by authority and 3hrs under supervision of a TRI.

Approximately 02 weeks

• Training Administration
2. SIMULATOR TRAINING

PRE-REQUISITES
• 18 years old (min.)
• CPL(A) or at least 1.500 hr
• Complete in last 12 month numbers of sector referred in JAR FCL 1.365(a) (3) or (b)(1)
• Medical Certificate Class 1
