COURSE OBJECTIVE
To create awareness to the importance of wellbeing while on duty, accidents prevention and first aid theoretical and practical knowledge. By the end of this course participants must be able to know what measures should be taken in case on an accident or sudden illness, setting priorities and taking actions towards victim’s stabilization or health improvement.

Use of First Aid kit
In-flight Medical Emergencies:
– Respiratory System Disorders
– Cardiovascular Disorders
– Abdominal Disorders
– Nervous System Disorders
– Behavioral and Psychological Disorders
– Other Medical Disorders
In-flight Traumatic Emergencies:
– Wounds
– Several Bleeding
– Amputations
– Chest Injuries
– Muscle, Bone and Joint Injuries
– Head/Neck Injuries
– Environmental Injuries (Burns, Hypothermia…)

PRE-REQUISITES
Be qualified as crew in commercial aircraft.
