Commercial Pilot Course – CPL(A)

COURSE OBJECTIVE

The aim of the CPL(A) Modular Course is to train pilots to the level of competence to apply for a CPL(A) skill test, in order to obtain a Commercial Pilot Licence for Single engine Airplanes

COURSE STRUCTURE

  1. Theoretical Instruction – Covered by ATPL Theoretical Knowledge
  2. Flight Instruction in Airplane – 15h
  3. Proficiency Check – 2h

DURATION

Aproximately 02 months

CONTENTS

  1. THEORETICAL INSTRUCTION (ATPL THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE):
  • Air Law & ATC Procedures, Aircraft General Knowledge , Flight Performance, Flight Planning, Human Performance and Limitations, Meteorology, General Navigation, Radio Navigation, Instruments,  Mass & Balance, Operational Procedures, Principles of Flight,  VFR and IFR  Comunications.
  1. FLIGHT INSTRUCTION:
  • 15h in a Complex Airplane (controlable pitch propele, retractable landing gear, 4 or more sits)
  1. PROFICIENCY CHECK:
  • Skill Test (2h)

PRE-REQUISITES

– Hold a PPL(A)

– Total Flight Time of 150h, Instrument Rating and Night Rating

– Medical Certificate EASA Class 1

– Knowledge of Mathematics, Physics and English
